Yesterday i went into service nsw Miranda to renew my driver license. The lady at service counter couldn’t explain why my license expired date in the system and date on my license is totally different. I received the notice letter to renew it asap. She even called for a help from her senior staff then refunded my fees. I went into inquiries desk again to get explanations or ticket to queue again then the guy from enquire desk was talking with his high tone and literally like a yell . he gave the ticket in a rude way . I didn’t expect they would treat the customers that way at all . We are going to the service center to pay fees , not asking anything, just the service that we need . Today i called service nsw inquire service to seek explanation and advice for my license renewal process and staff ( Rosy) explained all of my questions on phone and gave me the best advice. I wasted my time to go to service nsw Miranda without any explanation and only getting the rude service .
